Refunds and Returns

At Ryva Eyewear, we strive to offer the highest quality products and a reliable shopping experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which returns are accepted and refunds are processed.


1. Return Period

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date of product receipt or if applicable to our Ryva lifetime warranty.

To be eligible, the product must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • With its original packaging and complete accessories


2. Products not eligible for return

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Products used or damaged by the customer

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence


3. Return process

To initiate a return, the customer must:

  1. Contact us in advance.

  2. Provide order number and reason for return

  3. Await confirmation and shipping instructions

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


4. Shipping costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived defective or incorrect.

  • Ryva Eyewear is not responsible for loss or damage during return shipping.

We recommend using a shipping service with a tracking number.


5. Refunds

Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • The credit time will depend on the payment provider

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


6. Defective or incorrect products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receipt

  • Attach photos or evidence of the issue

In these cases, Ryva Eyewear will cover shipping costs and offer:

  • Product replacement, or

  • Full refund, as appropriate


7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
To exchange a product, a return must be processed and a new order placed.


8. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are not accepted.


9. Late or unreceived refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  • Check again with your bank or payment provider

  • Contact your financial institution

  • If the problem persists, please write to us
